All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and limited drops) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Due to customs regulations we only ship to a limited number of countries, and working hard to add more to the list.

Shipping charges for your order vary by country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Product is normally shipped by courier and delivery lead-times vary by country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available (potentially longer during holidays). 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@xixvodka.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
