Where can I order?
We are only selling directly through our website ( at present, hopefully our product will be widely available to buy in future months/years.

Do you sell in stores?
No, all our products are currently sold only direct through our website at present.

Where do you deliver?
We are currently only shipping to the UK, we hope to start shipping to more locations very soon, please check back shortly and keep an eye out on our socials for updates.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled you will be given tracking information and instructions of how to track you order. 

What are your delivery options?

What if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to reach you to arrange a new attempt or leave a note at your door with more information.

If you’ve entered a mobile phone number when you originally placed your order, you will also receive a text message with a unique link to manage your shipment. With this link, you’ll be able to:

  • Change the delivery date
  • Change the delivery address

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Although we securely package all our orders, unfortunately some items can become damaged during transit. In this event, you are welcome to return the item shrink-wrapped for a full refund or replacement. (Please note that sometimes we will ask for photo evidence so that we can assess how the damage has occurred and to avoid this recurring in the future.)

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email you wont be able to amend your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email you wont be able to cancel your order, once you receive the order you can return it to us for a full refund.

How do I return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
